Reservation terms

The short, honest version.

  1. Two founding offers. List price is $549. Reserve for a refundable $10 to lock a 5% founding discount, or pay in full now for a 10% founding discount applied at checkout.
  2. Refundable reservation. The $10 reservation is fully refundable any time before shipment. It holds your 5% discount and is not applied to the goods price.
  3. Reserve balance. At launch you complete the order at the discounted price ($521.55) using the code emailed to you. An unredeemed reservation is released and its $10 refunded.
  4. Pay in full. The 10% discount ($494.10 total) is shown directly in checkout and charged today; your unit and price are locked.
  5. Estimated ship window. The launch ship window is configurable before publication. If the ship window changes materially, Vatalla will notify you and offer the choice to continue or receive a full refund.
  6. Trial and warranty. Complete 30-night trial and 10-year limited warranty terms, including return-shipping, packaging, condition, restocking, covered parts, exclusions, and freight responsibilities, are shown before payment.
  7. Delivery and tax. DDP delivery and import duties are included. Applicable sales tax is calculated before final payment.
