BIRCH arrives with the seat and back assembled. After unpacking, the four core assembly steps take about 3 minutes. Follow the included instructions and allow extra time to check and adjust the fit. Keep the packaging until you have confirmed the chair is working correctly.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, fully disassembled, and in their original packaging. A $40 return-shipping fee applies to change-of-mind returns; defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost. Every BIRCH chair includes a 10-year limited warranty covering the frame, tilt and recline mechanism, gas cylinder, casters, armrests, and moving parts, with upholstery, mesh, and foam covered for 3 years.
