BIRCH ships flat-packed and is designed for straightforward home assembly. Most customers should be able to complete assembly with the included parts and instructions. Keep all packaging until you have confirmed the chair is fully assembled and working correctly.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, fully disassembled, and in their original packaging. A $40 return-shipping fee applies to change-of-mind returns; defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost. Every BIRCH chair includes a 10-year limited warranty covering the frame, tilt and recline mechanism, gas cylinder, casters, armrests, and moving parts, with upholstery, mesh, and foam covered for 3 years.
