Yes. BIRCH includes a 10-year limited warranty covering the frame, tilt and recline mechanism, gas cylinder, casters, armrests, and moving parts. Upholstery, mesh, and foam are covered for 3 years. See the full warranty terms.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, fully disassembled, and in their original packaging. A $40 return-shipping fee applies to change-of-mind returns; defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost. See the Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
In-stock orders are processed within 3 business days. After carrier handoff, in-stock orders are delivered within 3–5 business days within the contiguous 48 United States. BIRCH pre-orders will be handed to the shipping carrier on September 15, 2026 and delivered within 5–7 business days after carrier handoff. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
The armrests on Birch are fully adjustable. At their lowest setting, they are designed to clear most standard 28" - 30" height desks.
