Yes. BIRCH includes a 10-year limited warranty covering the frame, tilt and recline mechanism, gas cylinder, casters, armrests, and moving parts. Upholstery, mesh, and foam are covered for 3 years. See the full warranty terms.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, fully disassembled, and in their original packaging. A $40 return-shipping fee applies to change-of-mind returns; defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no return-shipping cost. See the Return & Refund Policy for full terms.

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for the contiguous United States and 7–10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Presale orders follow the shipping window shown on the product page.

The armrests on Birch are fully adjustable. At their lowest setting, they are designed to clear most standard 28" - 30" height desks.

O2 is currently offered in Blue, Beige, and Purple. Each color uses the same cotton-padded seat.
