Your BIRCH purchase is protected for 30 days from the date payment is received.
What happens if the price changes?
If the publicly advertised price on vatalla.com changes for the same BIRCH model, configuration, and color during your 30-day protection period, we will notify you. If the price drops below the merchandise price you actually paid, we will refund the eligible difference to your original payment method. You do not need to place a new order or request the adjustment.
How the difference is calculated
We compare the new merchandise price with the amount actually paid for the matching item after discounts. Any previous price-protection refund is taken into account, so the same difference is not refunded twice. Canceled or already-refunded quantities do not receive another refund. A price increase does not result in an additional charge.
Notifications and refunds
Updates are sent to the email address used for your order. If a refund is due, we will send a refund confirmation after it is processed. Posting time depends on your payment provider.
